About the event
A selection of over 40 of the best wineries from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Brda (Slovenian Collio) producing sparkling wines will participate in the event, paired with as many restaurants - wine bars in the region.
Other companies from the agri-food sector will also be present and will take care of the gastronomic part: cooked and raw fish specialties, cured meats, cheeses, artisan bread, desserts and other hot dishes from the guest restaurants.
As a backdrop to the evening, you will be entertained by strictly live music, shows and many other fun surprises
The guests of the event will be provided with a special glass with a neck bag at the entrance to the castle for tastings at the participating wineries.
