A parade of big names in international jazz from Jason Moran in solo to Erik Friedlander's quartets with special guest Uri Caine and Kurt Rosenwienkel for the grand finale.
From Hamid Drake with his homage to Alice Coltrane to the trio of Philadelphia pianist Marc Copland, from Paal Nilssen-love, a leading exponent of the Nordic scene to the Ivorian queen Fatoumata Diawara. The English new jazz of saxophonist Camilla George, jazz revolutionary poet and activist Antony Joseph, Enrico Rava's trombonist Matteo Paggi (& Giraffe).
