About the event
The event brings together themes such as international food and wine culture, wine tradition and knowledge of raw ingredients in cooking through a structured programme of dinners, tastings, masterclasses, dedicated workshops and meetings, with a total of over 140 events.
For the sixth year, the event will take place not only in the centre of Udine, but will also involve the surrounding areas, with a packed calendar of events to discover the regional and international food and wine world.
